By installing the Subi Chrome extension or using any Subi service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Twitch account to use Subi. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Subi credits are a virtual reward with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Credits may only be redeemed for gifted Twitch subscriptions through the official Subi dashboard.

We reserve the right to adjust credit earn rates, redemption thresholds, and available rewards at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to generate fake impressions or credits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Misrepresent your identity or Twitch account

Accounts found violating these rules will be suspended and any accrued credits forfeited.

Advertisers agree that all submitted creatives comply with applicable laws and Twitch's community guidelines. Subi reserves the right to reject or remove any campaign at its discretion. Campaign budgets are non-refundable once impressions have begun delivering.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific credit earn rates, or the continued availability of any particular reward.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of credits or inability to redeem rewards.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the extension or dashboard.
